Offline session shell

The app shell and saved review sessions remain available on the device; VIN, recall, live AI, and cloud sharing still need internet access.

From symptom to measured proof

Install Blueprint Diagnostics from this page and allow the home-screen icon to be added.
Open Diagnostics, decode the VIN, enter the exact code, and open Guided Live Test Mode.
Choose a compatible BLE adapter or import a scan-tool CSV, then record the fault under controlled conditions.
Use voice-assisted bookmarks, readiness comparison, and an expiring sanitized report link to document the result.
